Efficient numerical simulations with Tensor Networks: Tensor Network Python (TeNPy)

Post by Johannes »

Hi all,
in the end, we all do physics, so I figured it would be cool if we could share (arXiv links to) our papers.
Regarding the format, I'd suggest to create one topic for each paper and put the title as subject.
You can just copy the abstract as a first post, and/or write a few separate words to promote your work.
Don't forget to put the arxiv link somewhere in the post ;-)

So here comes the first example:

arXiv:1805.00055

I guess there's no need to say much about it here, as you probably know it already: it's linked to from the TeNPy Readme.
The idea was to give some readable introduction for people new to the field, and I heard that many of you already found it useful. Thanks for all the feedback. Of course, any further feedback, e.g. with a post below, is welcome ;-)
